You are not entitled to wages or take advantage of the facility or St. John's United while you are going through this program. If you do gain employment with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Elder Sharath right away following the successful completion of the training course, St. John's will certainly refund $400 of your class fees over the training course of one year if you are still utilized and you are in good standing.
